Can someone tell me if this is just a GT or something else? Shelby or Roush perhaps?

Its a Ford Mustang Roush Stage 3, but i dunno how you change it. Great find btw!
Just saw this at a Mustang car show at Waddesdon.
This was actually spotted in Hemel Hempstead. Please could it be changed, Admins. Thanks.
